Return & Refund Policy

Our promise

We hand-make every piece with care and want you to love what arrives at your door. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

Returns — ready-made items

You may return ready-made items within 7 days of delivery if they are:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In their original packaging
  • Free from any signs of wear or damage

Custom orders

Custom-made pieces are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless they arrive damaged or significantly different from the agreed design. Please review your order details carefully on WhatsApp before confirming a custom order.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please WhatsApp us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at our cost.

How to start a return

  1. WhatsApp us at +92 328 306 7240 with your order number and reason for return
  2. We'll confirm and share the return address
  3. Ship the item back (return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged)
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund within 5 business days

Refund method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, bank transfer, or card). For COD orders, refunds are sent via JazzCash or bank transfer.

What's not refundable

  • Custom orders (unless damaged on arrival)
  • Items returned after 7 days
  • Items showing signs of use, wear, or damage caused by the customer
  • Original shipping fees
