Welcome to Aesma Craft. By accessing or purchasing from our store, you agree to these terms.

1. About us

Aesma Craft is a handmade craft studio based in Karachi, Pakistan, operated by Asma & Saima. All products are made by hand.

2. Products & descriptions

We make every effort to display product colors, dimensions, and details accurately. However, because every piece is handmade, slight variations in color, texture, and size are normal — that's part of what makes each piece unique.

3. Pricing & payment

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (Rs.) unless otherwise specified. We accept JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Bank Transfer, Credit/Debit Cards, and Cash on Delivery (within Pakistan).

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

4. Order acceptance

An order is confirmed only after payment is received (or COD is verified via WhatsApp). We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

5. Custom orders

Custom orders require a 50% advance payment. Designs are finalized over WhatsApp before production begins. Custom orders are non-refundable once production starts.

8. Intellectual property

All designs, photos, and content on this site are the property of Aesma Craft. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them for commercial purposes without written permission.

9. User accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

10. Limitation of liability

Aesma Craft is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
