Where we ship
We ship across Pakistan via TCS and Leopards Courier, and worldwide via international carriers.
Processing time
Ready-made items: Dispatched within 1–2 business days of order confirmation.
Custom orders: Made to order — typically 7–14 business days, depending on complexity. We'll confirm a timeline on WhatsApp before payment.
Delivery time
- Karachi: 1–3 business days
- Other cities (Pakistan): 3–5 business days
- International: 7–14 business days (excluding customs)
Shipping rates
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Free shipping on orders over Rs. 5,000 within Pakistan.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available across Pakistan. A small COD fee may apply depending on your city and the courier's policy.
Tracking
You'll receive your tracking number via WhatsApp and email as soon as your order ships.
Customs & duties (international)
International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes charged by their country.
